Create a Private Listing

I am trying to sell an item to a specific buyer. Is there a way to create a private listing? I want to sell it using eBay, but I only want to offer it to one person.

You cannot create a listing for one specific buyer, but you CAN create the title of the listing so only the buyer would be able to find it, and send them the link to the listing page.
