Counterfeit Item Return Request

I started a return request fro a counterfeit item, did not hear back from the seller, so asked eBay to step in.  The status says put on hold until 4/6 for eBay to investigate.  It is now 4/13, but eBay gives me no way to contact them to inquire about the hold-up.  How do I get the case going again?

Click on the 'help & contact’ button located at the top and bottom of ebay pages and follow the prompts

 

AND-OR

 

On chat: type in ’agent’ to get a live person instead of a bot

 

AND-OR

 

Click on receive a call back: depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back

 

Make sure your phone will not block the call back
