Counter offers from buyers, not able to approve????

Is anyone having trouble with the counter offer portion coming from the customer, and not being able to accept it?

I sent out an offer to a watcher yesterday, and this morning I received a counter offer.  I was able to submit a counter offer to the buyer stating "Let's meet in the middle".
