My return times out on the 4th. Have gotten this message for weeks. No real person at eBay with which to talk.

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.

That is not the problem! I use .pdfs on a daily basis. eBay will not let me get to the .PDF. I get this message over and over again:
" We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again."
