For over ten years every time I sell an item, I contact the Buyer as a courtesy and give them the tracking number, the estimated date of delivery, and I thank them for their order. And because I do that, not only have about 20% thanked me for my better information, but also many of them have become repeat buyers.
Your new system stinks! It does not allow me to do that; either that, or I am not using it correctly. WHY CHANGE A GOOD THING AND SOMETHING THAT WORKS TO EVERYONE'S ADVANTAGE?
