Constant ebay international shipping label problems

I keep losing business because I can not generate international labels. I keep getting this error  ( It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later. ) 

Even though there's nothing wrong with the address, it keeps giving me this message, and when I call ebay customer service they can't figure out what's going on.

Any ideas??

Very strange ... have you tried a different browser?  Nothing looks out of place or inaccurate for the service you have selected to ship to Thailand.  Has this happened trying to ship to other countries?

Yes, I had another one to Argentina and the same thing happened. I tried a different browser and even cleared the cache and all the good stuff.

@beverly_hills_automobilia   Well, not much can be done at this point until eBay figures out what the problem is ... sorry you are losing business because of the deficiency of the eBay venue.

Hi,

Just found out the problem is with the new ebay international service that is going to start in July.

They told me this issue would continue till then, and I should use USPS instead and call eBay so they can refund me for the difference. 😅
