I had ordered a collection of items from a seller on ebay. When the package came, one which I was EXTREMELY excited for, I was in the hospital. And when my wife told me what was in it... I was perplexed, puzzled and disappointed! When I got home I had a collection of...junk? After returning from the hospital, I initiated a return, but as the decision was being made (the seller didn't except returns), a seizure knocked me on my butt for a few days. In the meantime, my wife had thrown away the packaging, and the objects (which I hadn't even looked at) were thrown into a box and placed somewhere.... The first return request was denied, because I was unable to function enough to defend my position. But when I tried again, eBay sided with me and I sent back the box.
My wife did most of the work for me, even though she was in the midst of her own illness. In the mix up, she confused a pink a calculator with some other pink... thing. I wanted to reach out to the seller... but he had sent me threatening messages over Facebook. So, what do I do? I don't want issues down the road.... But, I also don't want to have an item of his that he could then "cry wolf" over... Any ideas?
