Confirming delivery non ebay shipping

Didn't use ebay for shipping delivery has been made ebay can't confirm delivery. Customer not responding for confirmation

When you purchase shipping labels directly from the carrier you need to add the tracking number to the order manually so eBay knows it was shipped and you will have proof of delivery once the carrier shows delivered and the eBay system updates the status..

Go to your orders/sold page and in the menu options, for the item, is add tracking. This will change the item to shipped status and send the buyer a message with the tracking information.
