A seller I recently purchased from seems to have vanished off the map. It's been nearly a month since I placed an order, and they're ignoring all contact. Their account is recently getting swathed in negative feedback claiming that the seller never shipped and didn't respond to any efforts at communication. It doesn't look like any of the purchases are for particularly expensive items (maybe $5 here and there) so it's hard to imagine that the seller would be trying to cheat their customers over such trivial items. I'm more concerned about the possibility that the seller has actually been seriously injured, or worse.
I was curious if there might be a way to alert eBay's customer service about this possibility so they could look into it. I mean, it may be a good idea for eBay to put some sort of freeze on the seller's account until their whereabouts can be determined, as the seller does have several items still actively listed.
