Computer I purchased is not what is advertised

I bought an HP computer that was advertised as a Pavillion. Im having issues with the computer so I contacted HP and they told me that its not a Pavillion but just a standard notebook and because it was misrepresented they would not warranty it. I have tried to contact the seller to resolve this with no reply

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
