Hello!
I had two sold listings with similar-looking boxes. When I glanced at the listing when I was shipping, I chose the wrong box and sent the wrong item to one of the buyers. I realized my mistake before I sent the wrong item to the other buyer. The buyer who received the wrong item initiated a return request. I accepted the request, and in the meantime, I sent the correct item to the buyer who initiated the request. The correct item has been received. Last night, I received the item that should have gone to the other buyer, and now eBay wants me to issue a refund to the buyer who now has the correct item. Any suggestions on how to handle this? Thanks in advance.
