Combining shipping

I accepted offers on 4 different items from 1 buyer. The payments processed and now I would like to combine shipping and refund some of the shipping costs. I am using the phone app for eBay.

Since the buyer has already paid, the only way to deal with this is to issue a partial refund of the shipping charges.

1. Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord
2. From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.
3. Choose a reason for the refund.
4. Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order.
5. Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
