Yesterday I sold 2 "best offer" listings to the same buyer. I was going to send an invoice and combine shipping costs, but I could not find "send invoice" ANY WHERE! Not even in the
messages to accept the offer. While I was looking for a way to send an invoice
the buyer assumed that the automated invoices that ebay sends were from me ,and made 2 separate payments which of course cost us both money 😞
Has anyone else experienced this?
