I discovered back in 2021 when listing items and placing them on sale (25%, 30% off) etc., that eBay has a programming issue that does not enable the Request Total from Seller function for multiple purchases. Very maddening ! Tried calling them last year three separate times and numerous emails (never responded to one inquiry). Finally after 3 telephone calls they do admit there is finally a problem, but have never corrected it.
I inform Buyers the most expeditious way to buy multiple items when on sale is to please pay the ridiculous total amount of shipping and permit me to refund the over-payment. This works well and is very fast but most Buyers do not trust me.
The only oyher alternative is for me to take the items you desire to purchase off Sale, adjust them to now include Best Offers and then have Buyers go back and place offers with the aforementioned sale price.
The Request Total seems to work fine for items Not on Sale.
Sorry, this drives me crazy, and I debated whether to utilize their silly sale function, but wanted to boost slumping sales.
Let me know how you wish to proceed.
