Closed case for item not received

I ordered for 4 items from a seller ( 2 pairs of sweatpants and 2 pairs of shorts). I only received the 2 sweatpants and only one pair of shorts. I opened a dispute and ebay closed the case in favor of the seller as they provided tracking information the package was delivered. Of course the tracking would show the package was delivered, as it was, but one item short. Now I can't contact a live person to explain the **bleep** issue!!

You opened the wrong type of case.  You should have filed Item Not As Described case, because you did receive something, but it wasn’t what you bought.  You can TRY to open the correct case now (ostensibly you still can, that allows for buyers who originally opened INR, then finally received it only to find out that it wasn’t what was actually described).

If you’re not able to do that, and you paid with PayPal, you can open a case there.
