I am starting a class action again eBay for fraud and theft. I don't know about you guys, but I have noticed eBay likes to restrict sellers accounts at the drop of a dime and there is more to it. Why is it they can hold on to a buyers money and if that buyer wants a refund, you can't give it to them unless it is from your personal bank account. They also have a bad habit adding additional shipping, out of the ordinary. My item was 65 lbs, they claimed it weighed 233.. insane and they try to avoid paying me back. They have a hard time refunding shipping labels that have been cancelled as well. If you okay for some of your earnings for an item, they will immediately take the money from you before you sell it, so if you don't sell it, you're out that money. Has anyone gotten proof they send it to the charity you choose? If any of these have been a problem with you and eBay, please contact me.
