Checkout error

After hitting buy it now I get a checkout error saying shipping fee not inputted and to contact seller I have done that and they all like right

If the seller will not correct the shipping, you can not buy the item. Do you really still want to buy it if your seller is so unhelpful?

What is the seller's user ID?  I can then tell you how many of their listings are missing or have incorrect shipping.
