I've been an ebay member for 20 years with no fraud on my account. Tried to make a $10 purchase with a valid credit card, but ebay wouldn't let me check out without calling me to verify my phone number before allowing me to purchase. (I did buy a couple of days before this with no problem)

So, I updated my phone in settings, but ebay continued to show the old phone number at checkout when it requested to call me to verify my identity.
I emailed ebay (the only option available) about the problem. They never responded or even acknowledged the email, but they did send me a survey asking how I liked the services of a particular customer service rep who supposedly contacted me, but didn't.
Now two days later, they're showing the right number at checkout. They called me with a pin number which I used, and they congratulated me on verifying my identity, but I still can't check out. They just keep asking over and over to call me to verify my identity.
And now ALL of the contact options have disappeared from the help section. No option to email, chat, or call. If anyone knows of a section or link to contact them to resolve this, I would be most appreciative.
