I was on a conversation with a support agent via the hel chat, and I got disconnected, I'm trying to get back to chat with an agent (doesn't matter if is not the same) but the chat assistant just give me an option to be called, not the one to chat.
Is this a matter of time or something?
This is very important to me, because the button "ask ebay to step in" did not appear to me, and a sellers is trying to scam me
