Changing shipping method after label printed.

Purchased a label by weight and size but then realized cheaper to use Priority Flat rate shipping.  Can I cancel the original label and repurchase?

You can't change the label, but you can void the first one and purchase a new one.

To purchase a new label, use the Purchase another label option in the dropdown next to the order.

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
