Changing my username and password

I have a new email address so I want either to update it in ebay or change. The automated and assistant doesn't do anything like what I want done they told me

Go to your My Ebay page and click on the Account tab. Click on Personal Information.

To change your email, scroll down to Contact Info, then click on "Edit" to the right of your email address.

To change your Username, click on "Edit" to the right of your current username.
