Changing my shipping preferences to include a PO Box in the US.

Buyer said that my when they filled in the address to buy my item, it said “seller doesn’t ship to a PO Box” How can I change that?

I just answered a question about a buyer wanting the seller to ship to a PO Box--I hope it was you!  Desktop:  Go to https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas  Click on shipping preferences.   Under shipping settings, click on edit.  https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/excludeRegions  Make sure the box for PO Box is not checked.
