After an auction has ended can I change the shipping options from local pick up to shipping available?
I mistakenly listed an item as local pick up only and a buyer didn’t read that it was local pick up only. He won the item and is offering to pay shipping but I am uncomfortable with that.
I don’t want to cancel the order if possible.

@animalzoojd You need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the sold item. Refund the buyer and relist so you will be able to offer shipping and enter a tracking number.
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
Due to the length of this item I recommend you buy a shipping label from Pirateship, com using UPS.
The site is free to use and offers the same or less for shipping than eBay. However if you use Pirateship and have to file an insurance claim OR dispute with UPS it's MUCH easier with Pirateship than eBay.
You can look up the shipping cost to the buyers location on Pirateship.com and list it with flat rate shipping for that amount.
I do NOT recommend using Fed Ex from eBay or you will be charged additional surcharges by Fed Ex later due to the package size.
