Changing Handling Time on All Listings

A prior community post said it's possible to change the handling time on listings in a bulk format. Here was that post: 

Go to active listings, check them all off, then click the Edit button at the top.  They will all open in the bulk editor.  Then make sure every box is checked again, even the one at the very top and click on "Edit fields" and choose the option for handling time then "change" and pick another handling time. 

I can find nothing that says "HANDLING TIME" in the view I am seeing from my desktop.

After selecting all items on the page, click 'bulk edit' just above the list. This is a pull down menu of edit fields. Handling time is in the delivery section.
