Change Shipping Label Paper Size

How do you change the label from it thinking it is being printed on an 8x11 size to a 4x6 size?

click on the Change link on the label page, may be near the bottom -

Next screen change to the size you want & if you want receipt or not -

That does not seem to exist anymore.  I was on with their support and they can no longer find that feature either.  They think when they made the changes recently they removed that ability is what the rep is telling me.

It's still there - I just checked on my label page - I'm on a desktop, not mobile device.

You need to click on the "Show more" down arrow under the expected date.

Ok thank you.  Need to print some new labels now so I will check on that.
