I purchase an item that was bad when installed on car, I contacted the seller and the item, they told me I have to return it, which wasn’t a problem, but before I return it I have to purchase another item because the car can’t drive with out this item. I finally got the item off but seller won’t take a return telling me it outside the time frame. My thing is it was bad from the beginning, shouldn’t of sold me that for me to waste money installing it twice.

Actually it wasn't a waste of money because you'd have had to remove it anyway. To anyone reading this thread: Always check your item within thirty days of receipt, while you're still in the guarantee period. You can try a chargeback with the credit card company that funded your payment.
