Cant contact ebay..only can send message

Only message option available to contact ebay..no call or chat...why is this happening?..why am I being blocked to contact ebay..I'm paying a monthly fee too!

It just keeps only giving me the email option..it's been 4 days...they don't respond..I've been selling over a year..thus never has happened before!
