Cannot type response in Ebay Mail

When I try to respond to buyers in eBay messages, all I can do is type one character and no more. I've cleared the cache but it has not corrected the problem. I have not been able to answer my buyers now for over a week. Ebay CS has been no help.

@codenamejustice.  I had this problem and found out it was my grammarly browser extension.  

Try another browser or private/incognito mode
