Hi all. I need to edit my social security information, but I cannot click the option to change the number (it's gray). When I click "edit" to the right of "Type of ID, Social Security Number, ID number," I get the message:
'To edit your Social Security Number, you need to contact eBay Customer Service.'
I spoke with a service rep and they the issue is linked to an sight wide issue in eBay. Has anyone experienced this while trying to edit any of your personal information (including the social security filed)? I want to make sure this is correct before selling an item.
