How long ago was the label created? The one fault of eBay's shipping system is it says a package was shipped as soon as the label is created even if the label will not be used for a few days. eBay can only help you once the last estimated delivery date for the item has passed by at least one full day. Once this happens you have no more than 30 days to open an "Item not received" case. If the seller cannot prove with tracking that the item was delivered or is still in transit you can "Ask eBay to step in" and they can force a full refund.
