I recently had an item I bid on and had the seller cancel my bid in an auction, the reason listed being that the seller "can't verify my identity". I previously purchased an item by auction from this seller, paid promptly, and had no other communication with seller. I have not cancelled any bids, contacted eBay customer service and they say there are no restrictions on my account. I tried bidding on another item from the seller and it appears they have blocked me from bidding on anything. Truthfully, I don't really care about the item or the seller, there's a ton of other sellers out there. My concerns are 1) I would like to give negative feedback to the seller to warn others about this behavior, as I consider it unprofessional. Not illegal, just unprofessional. I haven't done anything to warrant being blocked. Seems like bad business practice to me. 2)I am more concerned there is a problem with my account and wonder if anyone 3lse has run into this problem?
