Started a return, but cancelled it to go look at sellers package return requirements letter, and figured out that I didn't need to cancel return. Called eBay and agent would not understand nor help cancel the cancel made 5 minutes ago! Apparently they needed the money more than they need my Business! The agent talked down to me, and after waisting a whole day on parts that don't fit, eBay lost me as a customer forever!

Sorry that you canceled the return request before you realized you didn't need to.
When you canceled the return request, you were shown a message that stated that once the request was cancelled, it cannot be reopened nor could you file a new request. Ebay is not to blame for the oversight.

eBay is to blame! People make mistakes, and eBay should see that.So now eBay looses me as a customer, and the agents are very rude!

Ebay cannot be held responsible for members overlooking reading an important message. Ebay members do make mistakes, (I have!), and they accept responsibility for their mistakes.
