I have an ebay account but I'm a woman wearing size 7 shoe the product that was ordered is a man's shoe a size 11 I did not order this product I want to cancel it it was shipped to a Whitney great house to a address that I don't even live at like none of the information lines up and I what do I do to get my money back from this the seller cuz I canceled it like within an hour of somebody putting it in
