Buyer wanted to cancel the order -- I had already generated a label but had not shipped it.
I cancelled the shipping label -- but it still will not let me finish the cancellation.
Any ideas?

Once they've requested a cancellation, but it's been denied (even automatically by printing the shipping label), you can't do another cancellation. Instead, just choose Send Refund from the dropdown next to the order on the Paid and Shipped Orders page, and you can refund them fully.
