I recently sold 2 items to a buyer in Australia. She paid right away. I made the mistake of not stating in my listing that it was for US buyers only. The shipping to Australia is way, way more than my shipping fees. I need to cancel the order and refund. How do I do that? I keep getting 2 options for cancelling and neither is what I want.

You don't have a valid reason for cancelling the orders.
You're listing states the cost for international shipping. You are set up with eBay International Shipping, which means you pay only for the shipping to the US shipping hub (NOT to Australia), and the hub then ships to the buyer in Australia. In other words, it costs you the same as shipping to any domestic buyer.
