I would like to cancel my order , I was selling the action figure but the shipping cost is way too high, I have contacted the customer he says just make it good just ship it but I’m not gonna lose money on this deal

If you underestimated the cost of shipping, you will have to pay the difference out of your own pocket. You cannot cancel the transaction without receiving a defect from Ebay on your selling account and probably negative feedback from the buyer.
