Cancel order

Hello there.
I did not manage to confirm the cancellation from the buyer within 3 days.
How do we cancel his order now?

1. Go to Orders in Seller Hub or in My eBay
2. Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
3. Choose a reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

EDITED TO ADD: I don't see that you have sold anything.

Writes a message:
You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order.

The fact is that the cancellation of the order was on the part of the buyer, but I did not see and missed the confirmation deadline
