Cancel link to Paypal for automatic payments

How do I get ebay to stop automatically linking to Paypal for my purchase payments.  I can't find this anywhere on my account page.

Before you make a purchase that requires automatic payments you can change your  payment source.

Go to your Ebay account, click on Payments and delete Paypal as your funding source if you do not wish to pay through Paypal.

If you make an offer, you can change your payment source right on the offer page before you submit it:
