Has anyone else had trouble trying to cancel a bid? I have a a buyer who politely asked me to cancel their bid on an item. When I use the "Cancel Bid" process on this page (https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/selling-auctions/cancelling-bid?id=4140) it never completes, just appears to be loading for a few minutes until it fails silently. I've tried several times last night and today, no luck. Help?
