Cancel an order for seller

Hi. I want to cancel my selling to that customer. O have not recieve any payment yet so I just want to cancel this order.

After 4 days of non-payment, you can cancel the transaction on day 5. specifying "buyer didn't pay".

No buyer did the payment but I didn’t ship the item cause I sold it by mistake. So the payment is on hold and buyer waits for his/her refund. But I am not able to make the refund through app or website. So please cancel

the order and issue the refund to buyer.

YOU will need to cancel the transaction so the buyer can be refunded.

How could you have sold it "by mistake" if you have the exact same item currently for sale at a much higher price?
