I cannot sign in on the app. I have no problem using the site through a mobile browser or desktop browser but when trying to log in with my last phone as well as my current new phone the app either starts to recognize I'm trying to sign in when I use Google as my signed in method but then it goes right back to the sign-in page. I've tried using Facebook as my sign in and when I try to do username/email and password it tells me there was a technical difficulty. I don't get that message when I use Google or Facebook as my sign in I only get that message when I'm trying to do username password. I had started to think maybe the app had an issue using Google as a method of sign in That's why I attempted the username and the email along with the password that I verified is correct. I get the technical issue whether I try username or email and password. When trying Google or Facebook you can see the loading screen happen real quick after you select the account that you want to use to sign in and then it goes right back to the signing page it never logs you in. I use Google as my sign-in method 99% of the time and that's what I use on the website as well when accessing from a browser My previous phone was a Galaxy Note 10 plus in my current phone is a Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra having the same exact issue. I've obviously tried clearing the cache I have tried to proving all permissions I have clear data cleared cache straight up reinstallation after uninstalling verifying I have the up-to-date version from the Google Play store and the latest version of Android. The only thing I have not tried is the app downloading method other than the Google Play store. I believe they offer the app from the Samsung app store not sure if they have a direct link to the APK file but I'll try the Samsung app method but not very hopeful. I can't be the only one with this issue I would assume anybody have anything I can take a look at to get signed in via the app?

I think I have seen similar posts from Galaxy S24 users having problems with the latest version of the eBay app.
If possible, try downgrading to the previous version 6.172.0.1 to see if that allows you to sign in. If so, you may be able to upgrade to the latest version at that point. At least one user in the UK indicated that worked.

Or possibly try version 6.168.0.1.

Holy **bleep**, I wish I posted here a while ago. I tried the 6.168.0.1 suggestion a d that worked. I assumed the other previous version mentioned would have worked as well. Thanks guys. I have my old Note 10 and same thing with the current version but that previous worked for each of them. Thanks again.
