Can't sign in to my old account

Hi

I am having problems signing in to my old account, it doesn't recognise user name or email and I get a message saying the account doesn't exist.

I have had to create this new account to try and resolve the issue.

if your old account was inactive for a very long period of time, eBay may have closed it. You cannot reopen a closed account.
