@gitwithitsales I printed some labels this morning with no issues. Try clearing your browser history and turn off any browser add ons even if they didn't cause problems before. Try another browser.
My backup since I am now in managed payments for shipping labels is Pirateship.com. It's free to use and integrates with eBay. They charge the same commercial base rate as eBay.

@gitwithitsales That's weird. Was it parcel select? If so eBay no longer has that in the label flow.
@gitwithitsales it could be the address, it usually says something about the address being too long. Is the address more than 40 characters on one line? If so you can edit the address and move part of the address to the second line. You don't lose seller protection for this since you are not changing the address just moving part of it.
Have you tried a zip code look up on the address? This will verify that it's a valid address
