Can't print postage label

Sold an item but the PRINT LABEL is not working.  The packing slip printed fine but no postage label. This is 9pm central time on 4/26/22.  thanks for any info

Anyone seeing this disregard my question about printing a label.  It not longer prints from the PRINT LABEL but will print from the download.  Something has changed....

I was able to print a label this morning, around 10:30am Pacific time, using the PRINT LABEL option.

Thanks, I finally got it...had to go in sort of thru the back door...still doesn't print from the PRINT LABEL for me but I did it by looking in the download file and doing it from there.  Never had needed to do this before but it worked.  Thanks for your response...have a good night.
