Can’t open my messages

Hello, my message icon is not opening after suspicious chat with someone. It says can’t open try again, it’s been almost 3 days. Is my account hacked ?

If you recently updated your userID, try signing out of eBay completely and signing back in. That may allow the updated info to propagate throughout your account.

Otherwise, try a different browser or a different browser mode (mobile, classic, desktop) to view your messages. Or try viewing message using the eBay app. If you have eBay messages sent to your email account, try viewing your messages there.
