Can't get paid

I recently sold some items after being inactive over a year had an old bank acct on file was told the funds were deposited..  I thought funds used to go to PayPal. Anyway I go to add new acct but they want me to log into old bank acct which of course I cannot do and don't remember acct number I'm worried about my funds now how can I fix this

Sellers haven't been able to use PayPal since about 2020/2021.  We are all in Managed Payments now.  I'm going to share a bit of information with you that will help you.  Read all of it as it will help.  You ultimately will likely need to contact Ebay so you get everything fixed to how Ebay needs it to be.

Please review the below link carefully. It contains very important information as to how Ebay needs to see the information you provide them on your account. It is likely easier to change your Ebay account to match your bank account if you find there to be a difference.
