The website is not answering the question I need answered. A seller gave me a bogus return address. I can't get a call back from eBay I can't connect with them and I'm not going to be responsible for sending this item back to a bogus address. It's obvious something shady's going on here and I need to get my money back and I can't get any help from eBay

Did you open a return request? If not, do that first.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description if there is a problem with the item, and follow the prompts. Otherwise, select the correct reason.
The seller has 3 business days to respond. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label (if he is responsible for the shipping), go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If you have a return open, I would ask for a call from customer service so you can explain why the provided address is not valid. Use the link this page “have us call you” - https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
