My first sale - I chose calculated shipping with UPS, entered correct size & weight. When the item sold, ebay charged the buyer $15.99 but when I bought the shipping label, using all the same criteria as when I created the listing, it cost me $33.69. I don't understand what happened - why didn't ebay charge the customer more for shipping?
