I buy often, and always leave feedback for my sellers. On my main device, the app doesn't show the picture of the product/listing or give me the option to leave feedback, buy again, or even to return an item! It has been this way for 2 days now. There's literally no option to do anything except contact seller & tell us what you think, which takes me feedback for the eBay app itself. I have another device that still has all the right features.
The other device has the product/listing picture, and on that there's leave feedback. &Under more actions, it has everything I need. It has return an item, buy again, etc. It has everything that's missing in the first picture. This can't be normal. There's no way to do anything else on my order details on my newest device & it's updated eBay app. If I didn't have this second device, I'd be screwed when trying to leave feedback or trying to start a return, or anything that's useful. It's also frustrating that I can't select buy again, as I purchase a lot of virtual items multiple times, so being able to go directly to the listing is very helpful. I don't know if something's wrong with my phone only. But having to pull out an old and slow device to get the features I need, is not sustainable. Please let me know who I should contact about this, or if I'm missing something, or if anyone else has experienced this. There's only one item I didn't leave feedback for yet, so I used that as my example. Again, I use eBay daily, so I'm not new to these features. I will post a picture of my main device screen & my other device screen to show the difference. Thanks so much for your time and help!

Can you use a browser on your main device to use Ebay instead of the app? That would solve your problem since there is currently a problem with the Ebay app.

I can! I will try that. I'm happy to know it's not just me. I've been freaking out trying to figure out what was going on. So thank you so much for letting me know. As long as it's a known issue, I can handle the hassle for now.
