I've had an ebay store for nearly 20 years. ebay has made it all but impossible to call ebay to get a team member’s help resolving problems not addressed clearly or at all in the HELP section. I am spending hours on line trying to resolve issues that I use to be quickly resolved through a phone call. What are other store members doing about this. We are seriously considering terminating our Ebay partnership due to lack of support from ebay. If you have any suggestions we are anxious to hear from you.
